As you recover from your injury, your practitioner will introduce some targeted strength and conditioning exercises to help rebuild muscles and re-train joint function and balanced movement. There is also an independent Personal Trainer available at Active Back Care. With access to the exclusive gym onsite, he can liase with the other independent practitioners onsite to help you start your exercise programme and stick to it with correct and effective techniques. When you are ready, he can refer you to one of the great gyms in our area that he may work with to ensure safe and effective continuation of your programme.

A drop piece table is a specialized Chiropractic table that helps adjust lower back, pelvic and mid back problems with ease and comfort. It can also be used to effectively adjust the neck and extremities. The table features 3 to 4 sections that can be specifically raised by about 1 to 2 inches beneath the spinal segment to be adjusted. By setting a precise resistance, the Chiropractor can then deliver a gentle, controlled adjustment that is safe and comfortable.
