They strive on behalf of these practitioners to ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment you walk through the door. They provide a warm welcome, a friendly smile and genuine caring service to make every visit a positive experience.

From managing appointments and co-ordinating practitioner schedules to assisting with business administration, the Active Back Care Administration team works efficiently and professionally to keep things flowing seamlessly. Their goal is to make sure the independent practitioners can focus on what they do best - providing exceptional care - while their patients enjoy a stress-free, welcoming environment.

Her vision is to establish a centre of excellence for independent Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy practitioners to provide professional, clinically excellent, evidence based treatment for spinal and musculoskeletal conditions. She aims to provide a thriving and exciting health hub where dedicated, skilled and experienced professionals can operate independently under their own volition, using their own unique skills and experience to guide you to better health and function.

Jen is the Senior Receptionist at Active Back Care. She has the warmest heart and an awesome dry humour that will put you at ease as she takes care of all your front desk needs. Jen has always stepped forward with her bold skills in technology to be a driving force in ensuring procedures and operations are constantly updated, providing patients with the latest benefits in payment claims and administration.
Behind the scenes, Jen’s pleasant, yet efficient manner ensures all Practitioners’ needs are met and supported so they can focus on providing the excellent care our patients know and love.
Prior to joining Active Back Care, Jennifer worked as an insurance underwriter for 10 years (among other jobs), a role that fostered communication, attention to detail and teamwork skills that she brings to us every day. At Active Back Care, Jennifer enjoys getting to know patients and seeing how the treatments make a difference in their lives.
