I graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Nature Care College in 2008 and have since developed a strong clinical focus on deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

My professional interests extend into martial arts and Oriental therapies, which influence my holistic approach to movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing. I am also a certified fitness instructor, enabling me to integrate an understanding of strength, conditioning, and functional movement into my treatments.
